Canberra Ticketing Box Office: Your Easy Ticket Purchasing Experience

At Canberra Ticketing, we strive to make your ticket purchasing process as simple and convenient as possible.

Purchasing Tickets Online:

Canberra Ticketing is the official ticket seller for Canberra Theatre Centre events. Tickets are sold and issued by QTIX, our authorised ticketing agent. During the purchase process, you will receive communications from both Canberra Ticketing and QTIX.

Purchasing Tickets at the Canberra Theatre Centre:

You can buy your tickets in person at the Canberra Ticketing Box Office, located in the foyer of the Canberra Theatre Centre in Civic Square, London Circuit.

Opening Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Purchasing Tickets by Phone:

To purchase tickets over the phone, call us at (02) 6275 2700 during our opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Purchasing Guidelines:

  • We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash.
  • A transaction fee applies where stated.
  • Canberra Ticketing and the Canberra Theatre Centre comply with the LPA Code of Conduct.
