ACCESS SERVICES bookings

Here at Canberra Theatre Centre, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy live performance.

The Canberra Theatre Centre provides a range of access services for people with disabilities and programs inclusive performances to enable everyone to experience the magic of theatre. These include:

Audio Described performances
Tactile Tours
Auslan Interpreted performances
Live Captioning
FM Radio Assistance Hearing units
Relaxed performances
Babes in Arms performances
Mobility Assistance
Special seating requests
Companion Cards

BOOKING YOUR TICKETS

1) Accessibility & Inclusion Services are available for select performances. Please review our current performances here: canberratheatrecentre.com.au/your-visit/access-special-assistance/.

2) Please contact our friendly Canberra Ticketing Box Office team to discuss your access requirements and book your ticket(s). You can contact us via the form on this page, or via:

In Person: Visit the Canberra Theatre Centre Box Office, located at Civic Square on London Circuit. Our standard hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

3) At the time of purchase a confirmation letter will be emailed to you with details of your booking.

4) Your ticket(s) will then be ready for you to collect from the Box Office prior to your performance.

Important Information

In order to maximise access for patrons with disabilities and their accompanying guests we request patrons who book in this area collect their tickets on the day of the performance.
