Canberra Theatre Centre is dedicated to bringing you entertainment that’s made to be shared, again and again. Providing you with a great experience matters to us. That’s why we’ve recently transitioned to a new ticketing system, making it faster and easier to purchase tickets.

During the transition, all gift vouchers will only be able to be redeemed by calling the Canberra Ticketing Box Office and providing the gift voucher ‘Certificate Number’ (listed in the email you received with your gift voucher). Our friendly Box Office team will be able to help the gift voucher recipient select the best possible seats and can assist with any accessibility needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Gift vouchers are available to purchase for any amount you choose.
• Gift vouchers are available to purchase online by following the above link. They are also available to purchase by calling the Box Office on 02 6275 2700 or by visiting us in person during our opening hours.
• Gift vouchers are only available in digital format, with no ability to issue a physical gift card.
• Gift vouchers can be emailed to the gift recipient, either immediately or at a future date, by inputting their email address and name. Or, you can input your own email address and forward the gift voucher email to the recipient yourself.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by calling the Canberra Ticketing Box Office and quoting the ‘Certificate Number’ on the voucher.
• Sending multiple gifts? You can input multiple gift vouchers by selecting the “Go Back” button on the next page.
• You will not be charged a transaction fee when purchasing a gift voucher.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gift vouchers are valid for redemption for three (3) years from the date of purchase (not the date of delivery to the recipient). The gift voucher may be used for performances scheduled more than three (3) years from date of purchase, provided the booking is made within the three (3) years validity period.
2. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers are redeemable for tickets only, not for cash, food and beverage, merchandise or other purchases.
3. If the ticket price of the chosen performance exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming the gift voucher.
4. Gift vouchers are redeemable in whole or part. Any remaining balance on your gift voucher may be used again within the original validity period, by quoting the same ‘Certificate Number’. No other change will be given. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the gift voucher expires.
5. Once your gift voucher has been redeemed for a ticket, the ticket is subject to Canberra Ticketing’s Conditions of Sale. Tickets are not transferable to any other performance, unless the performance is cancelled.
6. Lost or stolen gift vouchers may not be replaced or refunded.
7. Personal information collected in relation to the gift voucher will be handled in accordance with Canberra Ticketing’s Privacy Policy.
